We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems
Engineer with 8+ years of professional expertise to lead our
mechatronics projects and initiatives. As a senior member of staff,
you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating
complex electro-mechanical systems, combining elements of
electronics, mechanical engineering, control systems, and robotics.
Your role will involve overseeing the entire project lifecycle,
from concept development to implementation and optimization.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and integration of mechatronic
systems, including mechanical components, electronics, sensors,
actuators, and control systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project
lifecycle, from concept generation to prototyping, testing, and
final production.
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis and modeling to optimize
performance, functionality, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical,
electrical, and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration
of mechatronic systems.
- Develop and implement control algorithms, firmware, and
software interfaces for mechatronic systems.
- Define and execute testing and validation plans to ensure
compliance with design specifications and performance
requirements.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and
advancements in mechatronics engineering, and assess their
applicability to current and future projects.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior
engineers and team members.
- Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
to identify and incorporate new technologies and components.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality
standards.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related
field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in mechatronics
engineering, with a focus on electro-mechanical systems integration
and control.
- Strong expertise in designing and developing complex
mechatronic systems, including mechanical components, electronics,
sensors, actuators, and control systems.
- In-depth knowledge of sensors, actuators, motors, and their
integration into mechatronic systems.
- Experience in developing and implementing control algorithms
and software interfaces for mechatronic systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability
to optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex
issues.
- Excellent understanding of system integration, robotics,
automation, and control theory.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing
mechatronics projects from conception to implementation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration
skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) for 3D modeling
and design.
