We'd love to hear from you!Position Summary:The Child Development Specialist is an early childhood development expert who will join the pediatric primary care team at TrueCare to provide interventions, referrals, and follow-up for families with patients ages 0-5 years. The Child Development Specialist builds strong relationships with families and providers to increase the efficiency of the medical system and support team-based comprehensive care. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, early childhood education, or relevant field.
• Experience and knowledge in early childhood growth and development, parent-child relational health, infant and early childhood mental health, and family systems.
• Bilingual Spanish both written and verbal
• Availability to travel and / or occasionally outside of normal shifts.
• Computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must have California Driver License, proof of auto insurance and a clean driving record. Qualifications Desired:
  • Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or early childhood education.
