Job Description:
A company is looking for a Travel and Expense Associate to
manage travel and expense reporting systems and corporate card
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the travel and expense system and perform routine system
maintenance
Administer the corporate card program, including ordering and
monitoring balances
Audit travel expense reports and ensure compliance with company
policies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma with 3-5 years relevant experience, or an
associate's degree in accounting or a related subject
Intermediate knowledge of data analysis and accrual processes
Experience managing a commercial credit card program
Intermediate Excel skills
Strong technical knowledge of SAP Concur Expense system
preferred
