Job Description:
A company is looking for a Field Performance Coordinator
responsible for coordinating effective execution of field service
work.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with field crews and centralized support to ensure jobs
are ready for action and completion
Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding field service
activities and manage inquiries and escalations
Create and dispatch customer appointments while prioritizing
escalations and adjusting schedules as necessary
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service,
scheduling, or coordination
Basic knowledge of solar installation, construction, or roofing
preferred
Strong CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce
Proven ability to work independently and manage day-to-day
activities effectively
