Job Description:
A company is looking for a Wireless LAN/XE-skilled Technical
Consulting Engineer to join their Technology Practice Group.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support for Wireless platforms and Cisco
Prime Infrastructure
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical
issues
Lead technical deliverables of Expert Care services and build
relationships with customer operational teams
Required Qualifications and Education
In-depth knowledge of Cisco IOS-XE Catalyst Wireless LAN
Controllers and Wireless Access Points
Experience with Cisco Prime Infrastructure and BLE technology
Ability to analyze and configure medium to large enterprise
networks
BS in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent
experience
3-5 years of related experience in technical support roles
