Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Pro HR Associate to support the
caregiver workforce and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR support including payroll and benefits administration,
onboarding, and compliance documentation
Manage the full cycle of non-work-related injuries or illnesses,
including the ADA interactive process
Maintain HRIS profiles, generate reports, and handle employment
verifications and claims
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ year of experience in HR
Bachelor's degree, HR certificate, or equivalent experience
Experience working in a high-growth company
Willingness to work weekends consistently
