Hydration Room -, a vitamin IV and injection therapy clinic, is looking for a motivated PER DIEM RN to staff our SOUTH ORANGE COUNTY LOCATIONS - Laguna Niguel, Laguna Beach, Lake Forest, San Clemente, Dana Point, and Rancho Santa Margarita.
We are looking for an RN who is available to work 4 SHIFTS PER MONTH ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS.
Our clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 6:30pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

    Core Role Responsibilities:
    • Administer IV and injection therapies/medications.
    • Instruct individuals on topics such as health education and general preventative health measures such as diet and exercise.
    • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records.
    • Promote membership programs, packages and treatment plans to patients.
    • Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
    • Be able to function in the heat of an emergency and act according to protocol.
    • Work with the District Lead Nurse to maintain nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
    • Keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift.
    • Understand great customer service, general sales, and patient care.
    • Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers.
    • Responsible for overseeing Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics.
    • Maintain documentation of patient care services.
    • Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management staff.
    • Train new staff.
    • Deliver 5 Star Customer Service to ensure our patients have a positive experience in the clinic.

        Requirements:
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
        • In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
        • Proficient patient charting system, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
        • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skillEducation and Experience:
          • Valid RN License with no sanctions
          • Current BLS and ACLS certificate required
          • BSN or diploma in nursing
          • Two years of related experience preferredPhysical Requirements:
            • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
            • Must be able to traverse the entire facility
            • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
